What you can do to help

Your cooperation is essential in order for us to maintain a healthy environment for all.
Please follow the communal COVID-19 protection guidelines.
Do not travel if there are any uncertainties about your state of health.
We kindly ask you to wear a mask when entering the hotel and whenever you are within the indoor communal areas.
Please carefully read the signs around the hotel and follow the instructions.
Wash your hands often and use the sanitiser hand gel that can be found in the various spaces of the hotel.
Respect the distance of at least 1 metre from other people.
Use the elevator as little as possible and in any case, only in the company of people who are part of your family group.

 

Arrival and registration

We want to ensure your check-in is quick and welcoming, even if we can’t shake your hand. Two days prior to arrival, you will receive an email with the link to proceed with the online check-in independently, just like you can already do for flights. On your arrival, you will only need to show your ID for verification before promptly receiving your perfectly-sanitised key.

Our Services

For all meals throughout the day, we will pamper you with table service. The large terrace and the interior spaces allow us to serve you in complete safety. Reservations are required for lunch and dinner. We guarantee a distance of at least one metre between tables. On each table, you will find a closed box with a napkin and cutlery. There is also the QR Code from which you can consult the menus in digital format. Sunset with the Todi skyline is always the ideal time for enjoying a pre-dinner drink on the terrace, in complete safety!
Breakfast will be served from 8:00 am to 10:30 am. Before going to sleep, we will ask you fill out the form that will be left in the room to select the products you wish to consume. This will help us to better manage the service and ensure there are no long waits.
Don’t worry, you can still ask for seconds!
Remember to always book your table for the utmost convenience. Our large terraces will ensure the proper distances can be maintained. For lunch, you can also order a picnic to enjoy amongst nature.
Remember to always reserve the timeslot you prefer:
LUNCH: 12:45 pm or 1:45 pm
DINNER: 7:30 pm or 9:00 pm
Our swimming pool system is equipped with automatic dispensers that keeps the chlorine and pH levels constant and monitored. 
Each room shall be assigned sun loungers and deck chairs for personal use only throughout the stay. 
Please remember to:
– wash your feet in the foot bath before stepping onto the wooden flooring of the solarium
– always shower before entering the pool 
– maintain distances even in the water – a maximum of 15 people can be in the tub at a time (7 square metres per person)
– avoid sharing towels
– store all personal belongings in your bag or on top of the reserved lounger 
– a maximum of 15 people can be in the solarium area at a time (7 square metres per person)
– it is mandatory to wear a swimming cap in the tub
Access to the SPA is only for treatments and massages, together with our operators. The steam and pool area is not currently accessible. We are doing our best to allow access as soon as possible. 

Sanitation protocols

We have always used top-quality, certified sanitising products and paid the utmost attention to cleaning. Now, we have adopted even safer protocols that will be meticulously followed, updated and registered.
Sanitiser gel dispensers will be available in the various areas of the facility, hence we invite you to use them frequently, especially after exiting the elevator, as well before and after using the communal bathrooms.
We ask you not to take the elevator with people who are not part of your own family group.
The room will be sanitised in depth after each departure or every 5 days in the event of longer stays. The cleaning staff will use cleaning instruments dedicated only to your room and sanitise shared items upon each use.
All cleaning and sanitising activities shall be logged each time.
We have eliminated all use of paper, whilst the information directory will be available on our site and from our Wi-Fi hotspot. The products in the minibar will be completely sanitised upon the departure of each guest, together with the thorough sanitisation of all parts of the minibar itself.
We have ensured that our linen suppliers have safety protocols in place and that they use certified cleaning products. We have also implemented procedures to ensure that clean and dirty linens are never placed in close proximity to each other.
The dining areas have been set up in compliance with safety distances.
Tables and chairs are sanitised upon each use, whereas the floors and the other items of furniture are cleaned at the end of each service. All cleaning and sanitising activities shall be logged each time.
