Roccafiore Wine Resort & Spa

Philosophy

We want our guests to breathe beauty.

Experience Umbria and its wonderful territory. Treat yourself to pure well-being in a country hotel, with an excellent Spa. Indulge in the pleasures of hospitality and gourmet cuisine in a refined location. This is the beauty proposal of the Roccafiore Wine Resort & Spa.

The pursuit of excellence: a family passion.

SWIMMING POOL AND GARDENS

If there is magic on this planet, it is contained in water.

From the infinity pool you can admire the vineyards, which gently descend along the slope through micro-terraces with a great landscape effect. But above all from the outdoor swimming pool you can admire the fascinating scenery of Todi, romantically moved by the bell towers and medieval buildings. Not far from the terrace of the Fiorfiore restaurant there is a small but rich botanical garden, where Chef Carlo Grimaldi can draw daily to find the right botanicals with which to embellish the dishes. Between clear country air, scents of herbs and aromatic plants, quiet and regenerating silence, our desire is to restore the full physical and mental balance of our guests for an authentic wellness holiday.

Art & design

Feeling part of the creation of a work of art.

Over the years, Roccafiore Wine Resort & Spa has become a place to share family passions, all in the name of art and design. Over time a path of modern patronage has therefore been implemented, which has generated a large collection of works by more or less established artists, often young and local, which have been scattered inside and outside the spaces of Roccafiore. The restaurant, the hotel, the spa, the common areas, the vineyards and the cellar, all the rooms reflect the passion for art, completed by an area called Wine Art, which enhances the mix of art and wine.

“Scrigni d’autore”

A permanent exhibition was set up inside the cellar spaces, called “Scrigni d’Autore”: several artists were asked to use the wooden boxes of wine bottles to host special, three-dimensional works of art, everyone according the author’s taste. Thus the Scrigni d’Autore were born, as the artist friend Bruno Ceccobelli defined them, many years have passed and a large number of artists continue to create them. Many of these boxes have been collected and are precious because they hold a treasure made of friendship and beauty, but also of mystery.
